Head of Architecture

My client, a principal contractor to the MOD is going through the biggest growth period in their history. As a result, they are looking for a Senior Architect to Head up the Architecture department. This is an incredible opportunity for a Senior Architect to take an autonomous role, building a team of Architects and BIM professionals

Package:

• Salary £55,000 - £65,000 which can be negotiated for the right person

Requirements:

• B.A Architecture or equivalent
• MUST be Part 3 qualified
• Management experience desirable
• Strong commercial skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of architects, guiding them in the creation of cutting-edge architectural designs and solutions
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the architectural strategy and vision for the company, aligning it with overall business goals
• Project Oversight: Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, budget, and timeline requirements
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and integrate innovative solutions into architectural designs
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor architectural team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
