RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Head of Data Scientist (Marketing), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision for advanced analytics. Your mission is to harness the power of data and cutting-edge techniques to provide actionable and inspiring insights to our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:
- You utilize Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to optimize Customer Experience and Marketing strategies, encompassing:
- You will develop and deploy Bayesian Statistical models for marketing and media measurement.
- You will champion the statistical measurement agenda, fostering collaboration with internal and external research and analytics stakeholders.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists across the organization to build expertise in media measurement and modeling solutions.
- You will need to translate data and statistical modeling into actionable insights that drive value.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Master's degree in a relevant quantitative discipline (preferred).
- Experience hands-on modeling experience in the industry.
- Experience in statistical modeling expertise, with a focus on Bayesian modeling and relevant education in advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in a wide range of statistical techniques, including Bayesian Econometrics, Experimental Design, Generalized Linear Mixed Models, Non-parametric analysis, Choice Modeling, and ML modeling for imagery data.
- Possess a strong understanding of emerging analytics techniques and their practical application.
- Excellent programming skills and proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and other advanced statistical software.
