Astute's Renewable's team is partnering with a leading renewable energy provider committed to sustainability and professional development to recruit a Head of Electrical (Renewable Technologies).
The Head of Electrical - Solar role comes with a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Head of Engineering you will:
Lead the Electrical team across both Design and Engineering functions
Ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Work collaboratively with the Mechanical and Digital inhouse teams
Foster high standards of safety and quality in all installations
Support the development of the service and maintenance offering
Sustain relationships with suppliers and ensure business growth
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
18th Edition
NVQ Level 3
Level 3 Inspection & Testing (2394/2395 or 2391)
Solar Qualification (BPEC or equivalent for Solar PV / Microgeneration) - Desired
Level 4 Design and Verification (2396) - Advantageous
Personal skills
The Head of Electrical - Solar role would suit someone who is:
Experienced in electrical solar systems and leadership
Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing challenges
Strong in communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
