We’re on the hunt for a Head of Engineering to support the growth and development of our clients manufacturing processes from the inside out.

A Bit About the Role

• Take charge of designing and optimizing bespoke food production equipment.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical & electrical), fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Drive machinery improvements and scalability, implementing automation to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and operations to streamline processes, reduce waste, and keep those KPIs on track.
• Manage complex projects, all while juggling budgets, safety regs, and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering Mastery: You’ve got the credentials (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering and / or design) and a proven track record designing bespoke food manufacturing equipment.
• Leadership Skills: You know how to grow, inspire, and organize a top-tier engineering team.
• Hands-On Experience: Robotics, automation, process control—your background makes you a perfect fit for our tech-driven environment.
• Strategic Savvy: You’re a big-picture thinker, ready to align engineering with our growth goals.
