Head of FP&A

We're delighted to be partnering with a PE backed business service based organisation. They have gone through fundamental growth over the last 2 years including aggressive acquisitive growth. The business is well defined with long term contracts and have a diversified portfolio of services. As a result, they're looking to add a Head of FP&A to their finance function.

The successful candidate will work very closely with the finance lead and investors. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with TS or Corporate Finance experience move into their first industry position. You'll be involved across M&A, financial analysis, transformation and much more.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead on the budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Develop and maintain financial models including analysing key business KPIs i
• Business partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
• Creating dashboards to support the decision-making process of management and external stakeholders
• Transformation focused, commercial, driving growth
• Delivering M&A DD and support with value creation across the organisation
• Preparing board packs and presenting to C-Suite and the investment team
• And more!

Essential background:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
• Modelling experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication
• Experience within TS / Deal Advisory / Corporate Finance
