Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR recordkeeping. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge of HR policies and regulations Experience in employee benefits and benefits administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certifications or qualifications in Human Resources are a plus Only Candidates with their Own Visa Can Apply .
