Unique Specialty Healthcare Organization and Service Provider with Multiple Remote Locations.

Tremendous Opportunity: Reporting to the COO the ‘Head of I.T.’ will be our key-point-person for everything I.T. related.

Bright-Collaborative Small-Team Environment, Seeking an I.T. Leader with a solid mix of ongoing I.T. Operations (Software, Data and Networks-Infrastructure) and I.T. Strategy and Growth Planning.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience working in similar I.T. Management role ideally for a Healthcare or Health-Related Company with Multiple (or Numerous) off-site locations across multiple time-zones.
• Experience Managing a Mixture of
  • Data (SQL, hands on experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau is )
  • And Software (Healthcare-Doctor’s Office Patient Management and Scheduling type software , HIPAA experience or knowledge is a big plus)
  • And Infrastructure (Windows/Azure, Cisco Hardware, Security, Network Connectivity and Support).
• Experience with strategic planning (vendor research, cost savings initiatives, new location-IT-buildouts) and related ideas, suggestions and recommendations to C-Level Management and off-site location (non-IT) managers; experience with formal or informal presentations surrounding I.T. strategy and planning is .
• Experience working for a company with formal or informal Service Level Agreements (surrounding network and software support and high-availability) for internal or external users and sites.
• Experience with Reporting for both real-time and planning purposes, should have familiarity with Excel (PowerPoint is a plus) and experience with things like ROI, KPIs and other variables as they relate to I.T.-current-future-strategy-planning.
• Must Be Highly Organized with proven experience in task prioritization as managing a mix of general IT Operations and Special Projects (new location openings, software/hardware upgrades, mission critical outage-issue management) will be ongoing part of this role.
• Experience working in a similar supervisory or management role where you have managed a small team (hire, fire, mentor, performance review, etc.).
• Experience working as a technical leader for I.T. Security best practices, new process or system implementations, new vendors/vendor-swaps is .
• Experience working as the Company’s I.T. key-go-to person for everything I.T. Related.
• Experience working in a similar highly visible/highly communicative role for an expanding multi-site healthcare type company is .
• A College Degree in Computer Science or a Related field is a plus; Technical Certifications, Training and/or Self-Study is a plus.
