Focused on innovation and efficiency, they offer a wide range of advanced motor technologies, including AC, DC, BLDC, and PMSM, designed for applications like automotive and material handling.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency in a large volume and large variety production ecosystemImplement improvements through Kaizen, TQM and TPM and setting company wide quality improvement goals.Establish lean manufacturing processes to desired quality, delivery and productivity normsLead, motivate, and support a large team through appropriate KRAs and objectives and using data analytics to identify areas of improvement.Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.Ensure compliance with industrial and manufacturing regulations.Establish good relationships with stakeholders and partners.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of Operations should have:Experience of at least 20 yearsEducation qualification of BE/ BTech/ MTech - Mechanical / Electrical and preferably MBA in Operations ManagementKnowledge of manufacturing processes like Winding, Balancing, Impregnation, Lean assembly lines, automated testing and data acquisition with a focus on automation is preferableProven experience in a leadership role, preferably coming from companies involved in manufacturing of Light engineering goods entailing large volume manufacturingExcellent strategic planning and team management skills.
