Role: R&D Head of Product - LFP Battery technology

Piper Maddox are partnering up with a very exciting battery manufacturer in Northern Europe who are seriously pushing the boundaries of Li-ion innovation. They specialise in the development and production of Li-ion batteries for Energy Storage Systems, with plans for 3 gigafactories!

They are gearing up for production this year and now seeking a R&D Head of Product to lead their LFP Battery technology strategy team.

In this role you will:
⚡ Provide visionary leadership for product development, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability aligned with company goals.
⚡ Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, driving innovation in LFP battery technologies and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Your background:
✅ Advanced degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
✅ 6+ years of industrial experience in end-to-end product launch experience and strategic implementation.
✅ Successful team leadership experience, driving product launches.
✅ Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, planning and executing project milestones.
✅ Proficient in strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving, with knowledge of intellectual property and safety standards.

Your role as Head of Product for their LFP technology will be critical for business advancement. You will provide direct input to the executive leadership team and report directly into the CSO.
