Piper Maddox are working with the world's leading Aircraft Propulsion systems design and manufacturer to find an Head of Sales to join the business on a permanent basis. The company has been operating for the last 100 years and have now embedded itself as a world-class leader for power-dense, reliable and resilient Aerospace systems. They have five core sites across Europe and have concentrated on delivering extremely robust power and propulsion systems. This position will see you lead the sales and commercial side of the business, strengthening existing relationships and building out new relations within the Aerospace industry.
The Role: As Head of Sales, you will:
* Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies to maximise profitability.
* Serve as the leading authority on contract management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Cultivate robust client relationships, identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team, enhancing their skills and expanding their capabilities.
* Analyse market trends comprehensively to position the company ahead of the competition.
Who You Are:
* Proven experience in Senior Sales positions within the Aerospace sector.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
* Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and plans in highly regulated environments.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovations in the aerospace industry.
