Head of Supply Chain - Fast-Growing Health & Beauty Business

This role will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the business. Our client is a fast-growing business, with global backing. The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role (ideally in a scaling up business) across international logistics, demand planning and supply planning.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is establishing itself within the UK & EU markets, being a big player overseas.

They place a strong focus on high-quality products, promoting inclusivity, and inspiring confidence to a broad audience.\n\nDescription\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nOverseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of goods.\nImplementing strategies to improve operational efficiency in the supply chain.\nManaging relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.\nCollaborating with other departments to integrate supply chain with business systems and processes.\nAnalysing performance data to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes.\nIdentifying potential issues within the supply chain and implementing solutions. \n\nProfile\n\nThe successful candidate would have:\n\nExperience in managing supply chains within the FMCG industry, ideally within an SME environment.\nExperience across international logistics, demand planning and supply planning.\nLeadership experience .\nExcellent leadership and communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Job Offer\n\nOn offer to the candidate:\n\nUp to c.£90,000 (experience dependent) plus 10% STIP and package.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development within the FMCG industry.\nA collaborative and supportive work environment in London.\nA chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing organisation
