Job ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Systems Engineering (m/f/d) you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the "Automotive Systems Engineering Team”. Furthermore your tasks will be: You are responsible for the system development and technical project management of power electronics for automotive industry throughout the entire product life cycle. Your task will also be forward-looking personnel planning, as well as demand-oriented development and qualification of employees. You will ensure competitive, efficient, and goal-oriented development of system concepts, features and functions. Continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools in you department. Additionally you are able to show: You have Several years of professional experience in systems engineering for automotive industry, ideally for power electronics. You are familiar with automotive tools, methods and norms (ASPICE, ISO26262, VDA) Preferably you already have professional experience in project management. You are fluent in English and you have good german communicatiion skills. You feel enthusiastic about the shaping of organizational structures, processes and workflows.
