With the support of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, making a real difference to the safety and wellbeing of businesses everywhere.\n\nNot only will you be making a direct impact on your clients' safety practices, but our client will also invest in your personal development! Offering training courses in key areas such as Health & Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety, and more to keep you at the forefront of industry knowledge!\n\nDay-to-Day\n\nProvide expert health and safety advice via phone and email, ensuring clients understand their responsibilities and risks.\nGuide clients through using their online health and safety systems, and proactively reach out to address their needs.\nConduct detailed research to deliver accurate, comprehensive support.\nWork with external agencies, representing clients when necessary, and ensuring compliance.\nReview and recommend updates to management systems and risk assessments.\nMeet deadlines for delivering key calls and services to clients.\nCreate useful documents such as guidance notes, risk assessments, and checklists.\nCollaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to review prospective clients' documents and contribute to the sales process.\nTake ownership of client cases from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions and strong client relationships.\nStay current with legal updates and company training to deliver up-to-date advice.\nPresent internal and external training sessions and webinars to share your knowledge with colleagues and clients.
