We are looking for an enthusiastic Health and Safety Coordinator to join our Retail Operations and People & Culture Teams! Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager and working closely with the Health and Safety Business Partner, the Health and Safety Coordinator will provide all aspects of administrative assistance to the Health and Safety Team and ensure all Health and Safety practices and procedures are upheld in our Retail Stores, Support Office and Distribution Centres. This role is part time located at our Support Office on St Kilda Road in Melbourne.Responsibilities: Support the administration of all WorkCover claims, including timely submission of all claims and payments of compensation to team members (including end-to-end management of wages and reimbursements)Work closely with the Health and Safety Business Partner to administer payroll calculationsMonitor the currency of Certificates of Capacity and RTW Plans in accordance with medical recommendations and progression of recoveryComplete RTW Plans and submit to relevant stakeholdersManage the Health and Safety email inbox, monitoring incoming mail and triage as neededSupport the administration of First Aid in the Support Office including First Aid Kit checks, stock management and re-orderingProcess pending Elumina incidents and escalate as necessary Skills and Experience: Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCompletion of RTW Coordinator Training Course desirableGreat organisational, time management and communication skillsPassion for supporting OH&S practicesWillingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude Benefits: Generous discount across all of our 7 brands, and access to sample sales across all brandsCentral office location based on St Kilda Road, with direct access to Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high-performing and supportive team in a collaborative and fun environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthExperience working for an international company with 7 iconic Australian brandsCoffee lover?
