What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven leadership experience in a high-risk industrial or manufacturing environment.

✔ Strong influencing skills—able to engage teams at all levels and drive cultural change.

✔ Technical expertise in health & safety, balanced with a hands-on, people-first approach.

✔ NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) qualification at Level 6.
