Health & Safety Advisor Role\n\nFull-time permanent position\n\nFull-time site based 5 days a week\n\nConstruction exp is crucial \n\nAs the Health and Safety Adviser, you'll need to:\n\nCarry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced\nOutline safe operational procedures which identify and consider all relevant hazards\nCarry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented\nEnsure working practices are safe and comply with legislation\nPrepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy\nLead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks\nKeep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements\nRecord incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers\nProduce management reports, newsletters and bulletins\nEnsure equipment is installed safely\nManage and organise the safe disposal of hazardous substances, e.g. asbestos \n\nIf you are interested & have the required experience, then please reach out to Paige Camies today
