The Risk Assessment Center (RAC) is ***s internal organization which manages COVID issues for the Company. This role is 50% interviewing *** employees on the phone and accurately filling out appropriate forms, and 50% critical thinking using our tools to make a determination on quarantine decisions for each case. Determinations are then routed to our Quality Control Management team for review before final notification goes out to employees. Case Managers have KPIs that must be maintained as part of their success in the role. Robust training and peer shadowing is part of the process, and there is a strong support system for learning the role. Necessary skills include above average verbal communication the ability to listen and accurately transcribe information shared by employee, attention to detail and accuracy, and strong critical thinking skills. 100% fully remote. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US. Shift hours are Central Time Zone hours. Candidates must be able to work any shift. The manager is NOT interested in candidates who plan to work this full time role in addition to another full time job. Provides support for monitoring injury, illness, and incident related performance. Supports the development and implementation of strategic solutions that will improve the performance results as required. Provides health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance support and reports findings, concerns, and deficiencies. Responds to client/customer/member concerns regarding HSE matters. Supports cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives as directed. Supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Client Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and client policies and procedures. May act as a HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) subject matter resource for the field. Other duties may be assigned.
