Health & Safety Manager\nSenior\nBusiness Continuity Manager\nProfessional ServicesWe are seeking a Senior Health & Safety Professional for a role that will deliver strategic business objectives and support the development and implementation of a safe, positive and forward thinking business culture.\n\nYou will need to display:\n\n- A strategic mindset\n\n- The ability to influence senior stakeholders in the adoption of business directives on H&S culture\n\n- An awareness of Business Continuity Management, ideally with experience in delivery of.\n\n- Ideal profiles will have experience working in Professional Services businesses with a global footprint, but this can be flexible to fit business with aligned structures, governance, cultures.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead on development and implementation of H&S practice across the company.\nAdoption and maintenance of up to date legislation and compliance.\nContinuous improvement with staff and managers.\nCollaboration with Facilities/Property teams and relevant third-parties to ensure compliance.\nRisk assessment and incident management systems in place and adopted.\nCollaborate with HR and Managers on Health and Wellbeing.\nIdentification and procurement of relevant training in line with statutory requirements\nChair Regional Safety committees.\nUtilise or grow a network of peers in relevant organisations to ensure the continued awareness of best practice.\nCreate and develop communications across the business to promote health and safety. \n\nCoordinate training and comms around Business Continuity\nBCM Risk Assessment, and Impact Analysis and Planning\nMaintain the Business Continuity Management\nWork collaboratively with relevant teams (Management, IT, External etc.) to ensure plans and best practice are adhered to. \n\nThis role is not a direct line management position.
