Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Engineer (based in Viotia)

Job Description Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer for the Oil and Gas Industry and the Construction Sector. For their growing operations in Viotia, they are searching for a ‘Health, Safety & Environmental Engineer’ to ensure the development and implementation of a robust Health, Safety and Environmental strategy. Your responsibilities: Ensure the Plant adopts the highest standards and approach to HSE matters and that employee welfare is at a high level. Manage and carry out regular HSE audits and inspections ensuring timely closure of all identified actions. Be responsible for the overall planning, application, control, and check of the HSE standards and their certification process. Identify legal and other requirements (e.g. ISO) and acknowledges all necessary steps for the company's compliance to them. Coordinate HSE incidents investigation process ensuring all incidents are investigated and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Ensure proper HSE training of all employees. Manage contractors and ensure that they comply with the relevant legal and other HSE requirements. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the industrial sector. Excellent command of Greek and English language (written and spoken). Computer literate.
