Health, Safety, Social and Environmental Officer

Your mission To support the management of the Health, Safety, Social and Environmental risks and impacts of our operations which also includes physical security. Your profile Ensure the delivery of HSSE performance in line with company’s goals and objectives  Develop, implement and maintain the site HSSE Operational Plans and procedures Analyze, consolidate and report on the diverse HSSE key performance indicators Perform HSSE incident investigation and analysis, and ensure implementation of corrective actions and lessons learned Conduct routine risk assessments to identify hazards and mitigate risks, including permit to work system  Facilitate stakeholders’ engagement at all levels (communities, authorities, NGOs, among others) Manage the internal and external grievances mechanism Oversee the emergency response and preparedness to ensure emergency equipment is operational Lead emergency drills and elaborate respective reports Develop and deliver training on HSSE topics and specific procedures Maintain HSSE records and related documentation Ensure contractors and sub-contractors act according to our internal policies and procedures Monitor compliance to permit requirements, local regulatory legislation and company’s Policies and Procedures Conduct routine inspections, internal audits and facilitate external audits Follow up on the corrective action plans developed from the audits Oversee the physical security  Support on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives About us Raxio Group is a platform investing in and building state-of-the-art Tier III data centers across Africa.
