Opportunity: Project focus on Healthcare projects from small clinics to large ambulatory care and surgical centers.

  • Designing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and/or coordinating detailed phases of studies, investigations, and preparation of contract documents for HVAC and plumbing systems, energy studies/improvements, sustainable design elements, and other components for buildings and facilities.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Leading business development pursuits.
  • Leading, managing, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Professional Engineering License required.
  • Understanding of NFPA 99, ASHRAE 170, and the FGI Guidelines as they specifically apply to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical office buildings.
  • Knowledge of Med Gas.
  • Ability to obtain ASHRAE Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP) certification.
  • Revit/BIM experience and LEED certification are a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.

Salary: $70,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience with a competitive bonus compensation program
