RINA is currently recruiting for a Healthcare Technological and MEP systems - Program & Proposal Engineer to join its office in Abu Dhabiwithin the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division.MissionRINA is seeking a Program and Proposal Engineer to be based in UAE, available to travel regionally, for Engineering Consulting about assets related to healthcare facilities, related to special rooms design (intensive care units, surgery rooms, therapy rooms with critical equipment), medical gases, hazardous waste management, infection controls and MEP.Key AccountabilitiesThe program and proposal engineer is responsible for maintaining efficient and high calibre support for business development activities and in the interface with operations. The key focus of the role is to manage portfolio of clients and programs, also supporting the acquisitions of new contracts by coordinating the development of high-quality proposals, and when necessary, developing methodologies and approaches to deliver the services or to meet the clients’ requirements. Bids and proposal submissions Supporting the production of high-quality submissions, presentations, qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations, including Letters of Interest (LOIs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs) Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and/or for positioning efforts in accordance with RINA brand guidelines and to meet client requirements. Collecting and assembling content from company archives (such as resumes and project profiles), sub-consulting firms, and technical, or administrative staff. Coordinate input of technical components and write technical and non-technical components Review and edit technical proposals. Developing methodologies. Program and project Management Support the development of the programs for healthcare services Project Management of the acquired clients and contracts Coordinate the input of technical teams, eventually from external suppliers Identify and support to qualify new suppliers Training to suppliers Maintain clients’ relations about technical and operational aspects Create and update methodologies Other responsibilities Draft of Project Summaries/ Presentations about submitted proposals and projects Update and maintain proposals and projects libraries Update and maintain database of external consultants as suppliers Review the status of the Healthcare programs In conjunction with marketing/ branding team, develop capability statements, skill sheets, project data sheets and CVs in line with corporate guidelines Soft Skills Client-focused (both internal and external clients) with a very professional and mature attitude Highly organized, good time management, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate others to ensure deadlines are met Exceptional attention to detail Brand awareness Able to demonstrate passion, energy and drive Collaborative with good interpersonal skills – willing to share knowledge, experience, ideas and expertise and work closely with senior managers. EducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering GeneralQualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant role (Project Manager, Proposal Manager) Experience as 5 years in companies delivering project management, medical planning, healthcare engineering design for healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, healthcare regulators or operators). Experience with assets and engineering consulting in particular related to special rooms design (intensive care units, surgery rooms, therapy rooms with critical equipment), medical gases, waste management, infection engineering controls, technologies and MEP. Relevant university level qualifications degree in Civil/ Architectural Engineering/ Medical Planning Excellent English written communication skills including writing and editing – ability to easily communicate the required ideas or concept and tailor responses to client specifications.
