The work requires pulling, pushing, bending, lifting, moving, manipulating and positioning heavy and awkward components and assemblies either by hand or using devices such as slings and other supports. Many objects/components will weigh in excess of 25 kilograms.Conditions of employment•Reliability Status security clearance•Possession of a valid class 5 drivers license or equivalent•Willingness to wear identifier clothing and personal protective equipment;•Willingness to travel and/or work in a variety of weather conditions and terrain for extended periods of time;•Willingness to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends and/or statutory holidays, provincial/territorial holidays and call back or standby duty;•Candidates may be required to undergo and meet the requirements for a medical examination/pre-employment medical examinations and periodic medical checks.
