Qualifications:





Experience: Minimum of 10 years as a field service technician specializing in construction heavy equipment.





Electrical Proficiency: Expertise in D/C electrical operation and theory, including reading schematics and understanding solid-state devices.





Hydraulics Proficiency: Proficient in hydraulic operation and theory, including reading schematics.





Diesel Engine Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic diesel engine controls across various brands.





Power Train Systems: Functional knowledge of power train systems.





Driving Record: Clean driving record.





Tools: Must have own tools.





Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Office programs and internet use.





Availability: Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.





Professionalism: Must be professional, self-motivated, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills.
