Hiring for Functional Schematic Engineer/Control Engineer

Greetings, Excellent opportunity for Rolling Stock Control Engineer. About Client - Our client is an Indian engineering excellence . We manufacture wagons, coaches, and heavy engineering products, innovating transportation infrastructure globally. Must Have - Minimum 5years of exp in Rolling Stock Control Engineering/Functional Schematic Engineering. Comfortable with Hyderabad location. Responsibilities : Ø   Implement the development practices and rules as defined in the Train Control support plans (SyMDP, SyQP, SCMP, SyVP). Ø   For its function formulating a Low voltage and SW control design solution that fulfils the specified customer Ø   Deliver all TC & IS Engineering outputs including Functional Design Description FDD with man machine interfaces, Electrical Schemes Ø   and Electrical Products definition (with the support of Electrical Lead Engineer), in compliance with the Engineering Quality Cost Delay commitments. Ø   Deliver Interface Control Document (ICD) for sub system participating in its function Ø   Treatment of Change Request (CR) related to its function. Ø   Ensuring standardisation and maximize the carry over or reference function with previous project Ø   Provide support for Supplier interface test or TC&IS verification tests on PC or TCMS Test Bench Ø   Provide support during train integration, upon request. Ø   Provide support during train validation, upon request. Ø   Contribute to the return of experiences on his/her domain (Software, Schematic, Apparatus) Requirements Ø   Technical o    Rolling stock functional engineer experiences on its functions o    Experience in electrical and schematic design activity o    Experience in electrical or electro-mechanical or automation (Programmable Logic Controller) engineering with minimum of 1-2 years’ experience. o    Hands-on experience in design & development in developing in IEC61131-3 software or using model based development tools like Matlab / Simulink, Control Build etc Detailed knowledge of the products architecture, operation, and performances o    Train operation and maintenance knowledge o    minimum 5 years in railway engineering (mandatory) Ø   Behavioural o    Customer oriented approach Ø   Good speaking, reading, and writing skills in English & Good technical presentation skills Ø   Strong skills on technical management Ø   Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders/Internal Departments Ø   Ability for analysis, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
