Job Description HOD -Computer Engineering needed for an Engineering College in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (Immediate Joining) Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership : Oversee the computer engineering department, ensuring high-quality education and research. Curriculum Development : Design and update the curriculum to keep pace with technological advancements. Faculty Management : Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members. Research Promotion : Encourage and facilitate research activities among faculty and students. Student Guidance : Provide academic and career guidance to students. Administrative Duties : Manage departmental budgets, resources, and schedules. Required Qualifications and Experience: · Associate Professor or Professor with a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering or a related discipline. (M.E/M.Tech in Computer Engineering) · Minimum of 10-15 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or administrative role.   · Experience in leading a Department in University or an autonomous or accredited institution.   · Industry experience or professional certifications in Computer engineering fields.
