A BS pr AS Degree in Engineering Required, a PE is a PLUS.

Must have Residential Construction experience

Paid $250 per Inspection and Report

This is an Independent Contractor Position

Seeking a reliable, self motivated individual to perform Residential Structural Inspections and Reports. Individual will possess a BS or AS in Engineering. You control your own schedule i.e. days, evenings weekends . The person assigned to this position will work as an Independent Contractor. The minimum requirements for this position are as follows: 1) At least 5 years Residential Construction, hands on and/or inspection experience. 2) Degree in engineering.

You will schedule your own hours/appointments. You will work from home. Typical assignment is you driving 1-30 miles to home, perform inspection, return home, and write report (Report templates will be provided to you). Typical involving roundtrip transportation and writing report is anywhere between 1 ½- 3 hrs. You will be paid $250/Inspection & Report. (There are no benefits or other compensation). Think of this as a Supplemental income at first which could very well become Primary Income if you wish.
