Hospital Director Environmental Services

If so, we’re looking for someone like you to lead our Plant Operations, Environmental Services, and Laundry teams at our small town community hospital.

The Hospital Director Plant Operations will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. As the Director Environmental Services at the hospital, you will be leading a team of 20+ individuals. The Hospital Facilities Director has one of the most important roles in the hospital because you are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of facility systems while driving quality improvements, fiscal responsibility, and patient satisfaction. As a key member of the team, you will manage daily operations, optimize resource utilization, and maintain a safe and efficient environment.

The hospital Plant Operations Director will lead safety initiatives and develop emergency preparedness plans. The Director Hospital Facilities will also Handle maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, supervising outside services, and implementing proactive maintenance programs to prevent disruptions.
