As a Hot Tub and Fireplace Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of hot tubs, spas, fireplaces, and related equipment. You’ll interact directly with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair hot tubs, spas, fireplaces, and related equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering parts as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
