Gold Star Staffing is seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Worker for a hotel in Anderson, SC. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience in a hotel or similar setting and be skilled in general repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring the property remains in excellent condition for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment and systems function properly.
• Respond to guest and management maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience is required, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends if needed.
