You'll be joining as an in-house quality and risk manager, ensuring the firm's team of consultants delivers world-class service in accordance with the most recent regulations and rules. In this newly created role, you'll have oversight of a department of roughly 500 professionals, where you'll build relationships across the firm's partnerships.
As an internal advisor, you'll be ensuring that your client-facing colleagues have the right skills, tools, and processes, so they can deliver high-quality work. You'll be an immediate responder for any issues, either handling them yourself or making sure there is an appropriate escalation to the firm's Partnership.
Our client is a global consulting firm, with offices in over 100 countries. In London, their financial services advisory business helps mid-to-large banks, asset managers, pension funds, and insurers navigate a range of complex risk and regulatory projects.

We'd love to hear from you if:
- you have 5 + years of experience in risk management
- you have a background in financial services, whether that be in a consulting firm or working directly in the financial industry
- Knowledge of ISMQ1 would be a plus but is not compulsory
