Housing Strategy & Commissioning Officer

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Housing Strategy & Commissioning Officer on a Contract basis.



This role is responsible for the Digital Service Design process for either Adult Social Care and/or Housing.



About the role:



Based in Greater London (Hybrid):



Oversee the commissioning of a new affordable housing investment strategy.

Chair performance meetings with, quality assure and audit the Council's ALMO.

Contribute to producing the Council's Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan and other related strategies and plans

Reporting and presenting to the Housing, Economy and Business Committee on key business areas within the Housing Directorate including the HRA business plan.

Respond to Members enquiries, Councillor enquiries, Freedom of Information Enquiries and Subject Access requests, ensuring the Council's ALMO and other related parties do the same.About you:

You will have the following experiences:



Extensive experience in Housing Strategy in a Local Government setting.

Understanding of ALMO partnerships and relationships.

Experience of Housing Revenue Accounts, business plans, etc.

Members enquiries, FOI and SARs.What's on offer:



Salary: £350-£400+ per day, inside IR35.*negotiable based on experience
