As our HR Data and Projects Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the administration of our Group's absence and probation procedures. Working as part of the Data and Insights team, you will ensure accurate absence logging, produce regular reports, and support various HR tasks and projects. Your contributions will help us maintain and grow a proactive and efficient HR service, positively impacting our staff and overall operations. This role can be based at either the Group’s West Durrington or Chichester Campus, depending on the requirements of the successful applicant).
The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview. Although this is a full-time role, part-time and/or job share may be considered for the right candidate, as well as an earlier start/later finish.

Our HR Data and Projects Administrator will have experience of office administration, including data entry, and proven knowledge of Excel including manipulating data and simple formulas. Accuracy and attention to detail are key skills, as well as an ability to analyse and evaluate information.
