HR & Payroll Officer
What are my responsibilities?
As
our HR officer, you will work closely together with the HR Manager and will
provide HR support to our employees in Belgium. It includes the following
tasks:
- Be the first point of contact for our employees
and advise them in all HR admin matters (together with our HR call center). - Ensure our employees are paid in a timely and
accurate manner (in close collaboration with our payroll provider SDWorx). - Management of benefits (insurances, fleet
administration, public transport and other). - Drafting of documents & contracts.
- Insure correct onboarding of new employees and
offboarding of leavers. - Liaise and communicate with relevant parties
such as insurances, payroll provider, local authorities, other parties. - Maintain and update our HR systems
(eBloxPayroll, eBloxHR, Workday and other). - Keeping our HR intranet up to date.
- Take part in HR
initiatieves and projects.
What are my requirements?
- Excellent
interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups of people, you are
the team player we are looking for! - Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources & good
knowledge of the Belgian labor law & Belgian payroll. - Working in an organized, structured and
meticulous way is your second nature. - Experience in working in a fast-paced
international environment with changing priorities and direction. - As an expert HR professional, you understand the
importance of handling all information with the highest level of
confidentiality. - You have well developed computer skills and are
not scared to diving into our systems (Workday, eBloxPayroll, eBloxHR,
sharepoints ect.).
What will be my work
style ?
Your primary work
location will be at Siemens, Interleuvenlaan 68, Leuven Flemish Brabant 3001,
Belgium. Since we work very closely with our employees, we are looking for a team
member who will work in hybrid work style, minimum 3 days from the office per
week.
