Project Consultant / Project Manager

This is a Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

You must be resident in UK and able to commute to London 2-3 days per week

Must hold UK passport as security clearance is required

ABOUT THE ROLE

We help our clients utilize their full potential. As such, we are looking for sharp and ambitious Consultant's / junior project managers who are engaged, passionate about people, committed and courageous.

As a Projects Consultant you will be part of a successful team and will work closely with consultants during the delivery phase of a variety of human capital projects with a diverse group of clients. We offer innovative global solutions across our portfolio with expert consultants partnering to find the right solution.

We can help you to build on your project management career which you have already started.

You will enjoy taking ownership of administration on workstreams and work as part of the team to drive the project along to agreed budget and timescales.

You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and be instrumental in organizing numerous workshops as the solution is implemented.

You will be naturally inquisitive and of an analytical mindset to also enjoy working with all types of data, as will collate relevant information for reporting and other relevant administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also have the exposure to managing back office revenue and invoicing processes to ensure the projects run within the agreed budget.

You will be consistently required to quickly form a picture of organizations and the people who work there. You should be critical and not afraid to voice your opinion regarding things you encounter. Moreover, you will develop new tools with your team and other consultants to support business analyses. As a result, you will significantly contribute to the improvement of the services we offer our clients.

YOUR PROFILE

You are someone who:

  • has a relevant university degree with significant relevant work experience (ideally 3-5 years) (in a relevant role post graduating)
  • Worked on HR related projects / complex projects, ideally Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Assessment and Succession or Organisational Strategy
  • has demonstrated affinity with business and organizations;
  • has strong analytical and conceptual capabilities;
  • has experience with organizing and/or leading initiatives during their studies;
  • is interested in how organizations work (business focus);
  • is curious, has an entrepreneurial mindset and is eager to learn;
  • is strongly driven by quality;
  • has great social skills and is interpersonally savvy;
  • shows courage and has a sense of humour;
  • has a positive mindset with a ‘can do’ mentality.
