HSE Advisor II

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to search for an HSE Advisor II to work with a major Oil and Gas company on an initial 14-month contract (with the possibility of extension).





The HSE Advisor is responsible for the safety of all personnel and equipment in a well-servicing location. They develop and implement safety procedures, and enforce those procedures, ensuring that the site is safe for all workers. Uphold policies and procedures to protect people from illness and injury and property from damage. They combine knowledge of health and safety practices to make sure that chemicals, machinery, software, furniture, and other products will not cause harm to people or property damage. The duties of an HSE Advisor typically are as follows: Maintain and apply knowledge of current health and safety policies, regulations, and industry practices. Review plans and specifications for equipment and standard operating procedures to make sure that they meet safety requirements Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment. And review employee safety programs and ensure compliance within the workplace.





Primary responsibilities:


 


  • Seeking an experienced HSE Advisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience

  • High skill levels and strong performance are essential.

  • The field advisor role covers the Denver City, Seminole, and Hobbs area, requiring travel within a 50-mile radius.

  • A background in well-servicing is highly valued.

  • Drilling experience is also acceptable.

  • Bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage.

  • Oil and Gas industry knowledge is a must.

  • Responsibilities include field inspections and communication with crews.

  • The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can prioritize business needs.

  • Certifications are beneficial, and a degree is desired but not required.

  • Reliability is crucial.
