About the role: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join their business and lead the culture of Health, Safety, and Environmental within their civil construction business. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with legislative and ISO standards, supporting operations and driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices. Your leadership and expertise will help shape a strong safety culture while minimising risk and maintaining a focus on compliance throughout day to day construction.
