Reference - Position descriptionJob titleHSE Engineer (Saudi National ) M/F Contract typePermanent contract Business Line specific context Overview :HSE Engineer is responsible to carry out the day to day activities of Health and safety of the project site and contribute to the application of effective Healh and Safety management by providing technical support. Job description Responsibilities:Preparation and review of HSE Plans, risk assessment, HSE procedures, audit plan .Conducting HSE audits, inspection, incident investigation as per OHSAS requirements, OSHAD, International and local requirements.Coordination with clients, contractors and regulatory agencies.Ensure compliance by all parties with Company's HSE requirements and regulations and all relevant legislation and statutory requirements, including rules and regulations (as amended from time to time)Participates in the development of quality control reports and proceduresParticipates in the development of job safety practices and in the preparation of safety reports to ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by contractors, are in accordance with the respective agreement with the companye.Review and approve the HSE deliverables of the project.Monitor the construction activities and make sure that these are executed as per the HSE plan and procedures. Develop & execute a personal HSE intervention plan.Direct and support the identification of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and develop the tools to manage and reduce these risksParticipate in and/or review the various Formal Safety Assessments. Profile Skills : Minimum of 6 years of relevant experienceBachelor in engineering or construction or related majorExperience in HSE on mega construction infrastructure projects ideally in Saudi Arabia.Must be NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH GradOSHAD- OSHMS Practitioner minimum grade C(ADVETI) & audit ISO qualificationsGood knowledge in the local requirements and regulations for OHSAD, AD municipalityConsultancy experience is a mustExperience in infrastructure, Buildings projects delivered by multi contracts execution.Strong verbal and written communication skillsFluent in Arabic & English Position location Job locationMiddle-East/North Africa, Saudi Arabia City Riyadh Candidate criteria Minimum level of education required6-Engineers degree Minimum level of experience required6-10 years
