HSE Manager

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a HSE Manager on behalf of our client, an E&P Operator based in the UAE. 

This role is a long term contracting position, based full time in the client's office

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies tailored to unconventional resource operations.
• Ensure alignment of HSE programs with client's corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Continuously improve HSE management systems and processes.

   

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on unconventional resources.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
