Description



Develop and implement HSE strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Establish policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures

Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation

Initiate and organise training of employees and executives

Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances, etc.

Report on HSE performance and suggest improvementsProfile



A successful HSE Manager should have:



A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field

A professional qualification in health and safety

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices

Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong attention to detail
