Job OverviewJob SummaryTo ensure submission of the reports within the set deadline in accordance with Group regulations and rules Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. To perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by the superiorWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGKey responsibilities: Payroll administration and statutory compliance Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Verify employees’ monthly expenses claims. Processing monthly payroll on a timely manner as well as ensure preparation of annual statutory reporting and declarations are accurate. Liaison work with government bodies on any human resources related such as Labour Office, Perkeso, EPF, LHDN to ensure compliance with local employment regulatory, tax, audit, reporting requirement Ensuring employees records are securely maintained and updated Documentation and compensation administration To monitor staff movement, new recruitment, staff transfer, promotion and re-designation and update staff database on changes Human resource daily operational paperwork Maintenance of attendance and leave records Liaison work with insurance broker on matters pertaining to Company and employee's insurance Provide HR report such as employee listing, turnover report (Retail), vacancy listing Onboarding, Performance Review & employee departure Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver good first-day experience Creation & maintenance of employee P-file, profile creation in multiple HR & learning systems Handle all administrative tasks for exit interviews, including data entry in HR systems and audits for accuracy and compliance Facilitate the new hires confirmation process, work closely with manager on the confirmation documentation and preparation of confirmation/extension of probation letter to employee Talent Acquisition Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; including job advertising, sourcing potential candidates through various platforms, arranging interview. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Employee engagement and relations Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Assist in gather the documentation of employee disciplinary and employee relation issues, grievances and counselling on work-related problems To assist the employee engagement activities (if any) WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:Job requirement Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or business administration, Psychology or related studies Preferably with 2 years & above working experience in Human Resource Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and knowledge in HR software programs such as QuickPay is an advantage. High degree of integrity and comfortable working in a highly visible role Honest, ethical, and dependable Positive, go-getter attitude Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable Team Player (Co-ordinate & liaise with Internal & External Stakeholders) with strong capability to be hands-on Independent (work with minimal supervision) with a focus on results Passionate in people with strong social intelligence, and ability to establish engaging relationship Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
