Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
We now have an exciting 6 month fixed term contract opportunity for a HR Administrator to work with us on a full time basis.
The HR Administrator will provide Provide HR support to the HR Operations Manager in the day to day running of the department and offering first line generic advice on policies and procedures to all Fleetcor employees in the UK
Key Accountabilities:
You will be a key member of the team, generating offer letters and contracts, co-ordinating interviews and carrying out administrative tasks for starters and leavers, additionally you will:
- Provide administrative support in areas including reward and recognition (including administrating the benefit and recognition schemes), learning and development, employee relations and communications
- Liaise with Finance to ensure all Payroll changes are administered to required cut-off dates
- Support vendor management and act as liaison with external benefits providers
- Work in conjunction with the HR Operations Manager to review, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Employment Legislation and internal policies and procedures
- This role will be based in our Swindon office on a hybrid basis.
What we’re looking for:
- You will have strong MS Office experience, particularly in Excel and Word and will be a confident communicator.
- Excellent planning skills and great attention to detail to their work, along with an ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Great analytical skills who is pro-active in managing their workload and able to priorities and organise depending on the importance/urgency of the task and experience of working within HR.
- CIPD Level 3, or working towards this, it would be advantageous, though not essential.
