HR Administrator Role
Exciting opportunity to join a large, experienced Team of HR professionals in a fun but hard working environment. This role would suit someone with HR experience from an administrative background. Lots of room to progress for the right person.
£24,500 Office based – Burnley - Manchester
Deliver core, routine, repeatable people processes and transactions effectively and accurately in line with SLAs.
First point of contact for people queries.
Support the wider HR Team with ongoing projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities People processes and transactions
Processing starters, leavers, and role transfers onto HR hub, ensuring a high quality of service delivery.
Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires by entering employment data into the company database.
Organise and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
Update employee holiday and sickness records.
General HR administration tasks and support for the HR Advisors. Communication
Answering internal and external queries via phone, email and in person.
Organising meetings and sending out corresponding paperwork. Project support
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as organising project-related documentation, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials.
Facilitating communication and coordination between different team members and stakeholders involved in the projects.
Documenting project progress, milestones, and outcomes for future reference and reporting.
Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics & Compliance and the Group Code of Conduct. Time allocation
Skills required. Background/experience
Experience in a fast paced/high volume administrative role.
Proficient in the use of Excel.
Good foundation of general education, competent user of Microsoft packages.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) – desirable. Specific job skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to produce high volume work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload. Competencies
