Human Resources Administrator
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator. This role primarily involves managing performance, handling WSIB claims, and maintaining employee relations within an entirely onsite team environment.Responsibilities:• Oversee attendance management and generate attendance reports• Handle WSIB claims management, including conducting thorough investigations• Manage employee relations and update training records as necessary• Prepare performance write-ups in accordance with company policies• Collaborate effectively within a team of HR professionals• Utilize Navision and Microsoft Excel for various HR tasks• Prior experience of 3 or more years in a Human Resources Administrator role or similar.• Proven ability in managing employee performance.• Solid understanding and practical experience of Workers Compensation procedures.• Proficient in preparing and analyzing Attendance Reports.• Ability to conduct thorough and impartial investigations related to HR matters.• Experience with Navision or similar HR management software.• Strong skills in maintaining and improving Employee Relations.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
