Human Resources Administrator
Columbia, Maryland
WorkStrategy is a dynamic HR software technology firm providing services to organizations nationwide. We are looking for an HR administrator to support payroll, benefits, and other related human resources tasks and processes.
Core Responsibilities
· Process bi-weekly payroll, ADP RUN
· Maintain benefit plans and payroll deductions
· Support annual benefits open enrollment
· Work closely with the company's benefits broker
· Manage leave plans
· Manage 401k plan and payroll contributions, ADP
· Document and revised HR and benefits policies as needed
· Manage company liability insurance policies with owner
· Assist Finance Dept expense reporting and analysis
· Assist with workers compensation insurance administration
Qualifications
· Bachelor's (Preferred)
· Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
· Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
· US work authorization (Preferred)
