Human Resources Advisor

About The Role Do you have experience of operating within a HR function? Would you like to develop these skills on a part-time, remote basis? Practice Plus Group are looking for a HR Advisor to join the Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) team for 18.75 hours per week. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for Line Managers, responsible for the provision of a professional, commercially focussed and legally compliant HR advisory service across IUC. You will provide support to our HR Business Partner team across IUC, managing a caseload of employee relations activity. In addition, you will coach and support our line managers to develop line management capability in key areas of employee relations, such as conduct, capability, management of absence and resolution of grievances. There will also be the opportunity to support projects for the Business Partnering team such as TUPE transfers in/out, wellbeing and management development initiatives,, contributing to the delivery of our strategic HR plans within IUC. Whilst this is a national role, initially, this role will be more heavily weighted towards supporting the HRBP for our Devon IUC contract whilst maintaining support for all other HRBPs and sites as necessary. This is a part time position for 2.5 days per week. These days can be mostly flexible but must include Wednesday. Salary - £19,201.87 (FTE Salary (£38,403.75) What we need from you: The successful candidate will be CIPD level 3 qualified or higher, with experience of operating within an HR function, engaging with a range of stakeholders and managing a varied employee relations caseload. You will be solutions focussed, with commercial insight and have well-developed analytical skills to evaluate, assess and interpret information to shape sound and accurate advice. Although not essential, it would be beneficial to be within commuting distance from Devon, and have some knowledge of healthcare.
