Working with the People & Culture Team, you will ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the business The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties: Partner with managers and employees to provide expert HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation Dealing with employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary issues, and grievances Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience Develop and deliver HR training programs on topics such as management skills, workplace policies, and compliance Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices Reviewing and interpreting legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures Developing, planning and formulating enterprise agreements or collective contracts such as productivity-based wage adjustment procedures, workplace relations policies and programs, and procedures for their implementation To succeed in this role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Would you like to join a team that really makes a difference?
