HR Assistant
Location: Central London
Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day at home)
Up to £26,500
LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a well-known fashion retailer based in Central London, who are currently on the lookout for a HR Assistant to join their business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be expected to be the first point of contact for all HR queries & provide a responsive and relevant HR support to all employees across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- To be the first point of contact for all HR queries and co-ordinate appropriate responses in a timely manner.
- Manage shared services inbox and providing advice on low risk ER cases and the production of appropriate correspondence
- Responsible for managing accurate end-to-end administration of the whole employee lifecycle; preparation and issuing of contractual paperwork
- Updating the HR system and payroll according to the agreed timescales & assisting with payroll related queries
- Manage the administrative, security and start up process associated with recruitment, selection and onboarding including contracts, new starters information packs and right to work checks.
- Lead on immigration, visa management and international transfer processes where applicable.
- Manage all aspects of day-today benefits administration
Position Criteria
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative HR role within a progressive environment
- Obtained, or working towards, a recognised HR qualification (CIPD)
- Payroll related experience and highly numerate
- Proactive and results oriented with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Oracle HR/SAP
- HR Database management specifically experience of updating changes and running reports
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
