Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. You would ideally have come from a Public Sector or Retail HR background.

This is a part time position, 22.5 hours per week. This can covered over 3, 4 or 5 days depending on your outside commitments.

Responsibilities

• Advise Directors, HOD's & line managers in all HR Matters
• Business planning & the management of performance
• Support & coach management teams
• Onboarding & training of the Volunteer Teams
• Manage own HR caseload
• Plan 7 deliver project work
• Contributing to complex case loads

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
