Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. You would ideally have come from a Public Sector or Retail HR background.
This is a part time position, 22.5 hours per week. This can covered over 3, 4 or 5 days depending on your outside commitments.
Responsibilities
- Advise Directors, HOD's & line managers in all HR Matters
- Business planning & the management of performance
- Support & coach management teams
- Onboarding & training of the Volunteer Teams
- Manage own HR caseload
- Plan 7 deliver project work
- Contributing to complex case loads
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
