Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in employee relations, ensuring a harmonious workplace and effective grievance management (Mandatory skill) Strong expertise in performance management, including setting performance standards, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback (Mandatory skill) Deep knowledge of HR compliance, ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and regulations (Mandatory skill) Proficiency in talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talents Experience in organizational development to enhance the company's structure and culture Skilled in conflict resolution, capable of mediating disputes and fostering a positive work environment Effective change management skills to guide and support organizational transitions Strategic planning abilities to align HR functions with business goals and drive organizational success Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with management to implement HR policies and practices that align with business objectives Develop and maintain strong employee relations strategies to promote a positive organizational culture Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans Ensure HR compliance with company policies and legal regulations Drive talent management activities such as recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and retention initiatives Facilitate conflict resolution and act as a mediator in employee disputes Support and guide organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions through effective change management techniques Contribute to strategic planning efforts by providing HR insights and aligning human resources with business strategies
